Key Responsibilities

• Process new account opening requests (savings, current, fixed deposit, and loan-related accounts)
• Receive and process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan repayments, and other cash transactions
• Post transactions into the core banking application promptly and accurately
• Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible and secure manner
• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
• Balance vault transactions, cash movements, and maintain accurate teller proof sheets
• Comply with CBN, AML/CFT, and bank operational policies
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all transactions
• Cross-sell bank products and assist customers in completing forms and applications
• Process and book loans accurately
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. Certificate in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a microfinance institution

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
