Operations (Tech) - Operations Advisor III at ABNL Limited

About the Role

ABNL Limited seeks a dedicated Operations Advisor III to provide expert technical guidance and coordination across operational clusters, zones, or at the global company level. This role requires a skilled professional who can influence without authority, interact effectively at all organizational levels, and drive operational excellence through technical expertise and strategic coordination.

Main Functions

• Serve as an expert resource for specific management systems, global processes, procedures, and technical matters
• Coordinate improvement plans and demonstrate expert operations and/or maintenance skills
• Influence across organizational boundaries and interact effectively at all levels
• Communicate and collaborate with diverse groups and network effectively across the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of operations and maintenance design philosophies, including project-specific specifications
• Demonstrate broad understanding of the impact of changes across functional boundaries
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate consistent coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS)/Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS), Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP), Unit Internal Assessment (UIA), and audit preparation
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate consistent coordination of risk assessments and incident investigations
• Provide functional guidance on technical matters and structural improvements/initiatives in operations and/or manufacturing
• Coordinate cost management and productivity improvement plans
• Provide technical support and input to training development and delivery
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives
• Support Operations Management as requested
• Develop, maintain, and share best practices
• Guide resources allocated to execute key initiatives
