Operations Supervisor at Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited

About the Role

Our client is currently located in Awka, Anambra State, and due to increasing activities, urgently requires an Operations Supervisor with a minimum of three years' experience in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers with high standards of customer care at all times
• Manage cash float procedures and cashing up in your area of supervision
• Follow financial procedures to ensure daily cash sales are properly banked
• Ensure compliance with Licensing Laws and food hygiene legislation
• Maintain adherence to HACCP control systems
• Conduct staff training on health and safety, finance, food hygiene, and operational procedures
• Establish excellent communication systems with all operations staff members
• Participate in team meetings and staff appraisals
• Work collaboratively with other supervisors to ensure adequate supervision of all catering outlets
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of successful promotional campaigns
• Collate, report, and action customer feedback to drive continuous business improvement
• Minimize energy consumption and maximize waste recycling opportunities
• Encourage staff awareness of environmental impact and attend environmental awareness training as required
• Report all incidents and accidents in accordance with legislative procedures
• Undertake other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience in hotel management
• OND, HND, or BSc qualification in a relevant field
• Must be residing in Awka or nearby vicinity
