We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to support and coordinate daily business operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall performance of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports and present findings to the Head of Operations.
  • Manage internal documentation and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Support inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Track operational performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
  • Supervise field activities and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and expenses.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in operations or administrative management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operational tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
