Operations Manager (Security Services)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily security operations across multiple sites. The role requires a strong leader with the ability to manage personnel, enforce compliance standards, ensure service quality, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned sites to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Ensure proper deployment, supervision, and discipline of all security personnel in line with company policies and client requirements
• Implement, monitor, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards
• Conduct routine and unscheduled site inspections to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to security protocols
• Manage incident response processes, including investigation, documentation, and reporting of security incidents
• Coordinate staff training schedules and performance management for supervisors and security guards
• Liaise regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and resolve operational concerns promptly
• Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports to management, highlighting key issues, risks, and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in security operations, including senior supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, operational planning, and crisis management skills
• Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple locations effectively
• Solid knowledge of security operations procedures, risk management, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and discipline
