About the Role
Medbury Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations, healthcare projects, and supply chain activities within its Medical & Equipment Supply Division. You will manage critical functions across procurement, logistics, and project delivery while leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Oversee healthcare equipment installation and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate vendors, OEMs, engineers, and internal teams
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process improvements
- Support tenders, quotations, and business development activities
- Monitor costs, budgets, margins, and operational performance
- Lead and supervise operations, logistics, and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in medical supplies, equipment distribution, healthcare projects, or related operations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and project coordination
- Experience supporting bids and commercial processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
