Operations Manager (Fuel Sector) at RES-Q Digital

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our fuel business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across supply, storage, distribution, and retail activities, while driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fuel inventory, logistics, and fleet operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Lead and motivate operations staff
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain
• Implement cost-control measures and drive operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in operations, preferably in the fuel, oil & gas, or energy sector
• Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, HSE compliance, and process optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Residency in the Ajah axis area

Compensation

N250,000 per month
