Key Responsibilities

Organisational Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day running of the business to ensure seamless operations
• Develop, implement, and refine operational structures, workflows, and business processes
• Monitor internal operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement
• Ensure departmental alignment with company goals and maintain consistent communication across teams

Strategy, Planning & Policy Development

• Develop operations strategies that support business growth and expansion
• Create, review, and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and guidelines
• Support leadership in planning long-term organisational initiatives
• Conduct periodic operational reviews and present data-driven recommendations for improvement

Performance Management & Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and support internal teams to optimize service delivery
• Create a performance-driven culture by setting KPIs, tracking performance, and providing feedback
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and accountability
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement

Process Optimization & Business Efficiency

• Use data and analytics to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Design and manage operational dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools
• Ensure operational consistency, quality control, and compliance across the organisation
