Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities at Equinoxx Power Engineering Limited. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring efficiency across all departments. You will be responsible for supply chain management, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with company policies to support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency and output
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, high-quality production of goods or services
- Monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and analyze financial data to improve profitability
- Manage procurement, inventory levels, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
- Support senior management by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet company objectives
- Facilitate communication between teams to enhance overall performance and reduce operational costs

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring abilities
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with troubleshooting capabilities
