Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities at Equinoxx Power Engineering Limited. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency and output
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, high-quality production of goods or services
• Monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and analyze financial data to improve profitability
• Manage procurement, inventory levels, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
• Support senior management by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet company objectives
• Facilitate communication between teams to enhance overall performance and reduce operational costs

Key Skills & Qualifications
