Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our executive team. The Operations Manager will be a key member responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, as well as manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving the company's short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals, identifying short-term performance growth goals and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
• Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes
• Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth
• Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships
• Work closely with department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry
• Strong understanding of business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
• Strong leadership abilities
