Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily activities of multiple healthcare centers across the country. The role involves managing schedules, staff rosters, and operational flow to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily and weekly staff schedules and rosters
- Ensure smooth daily operations and address any workflow or scheduling issues that arise
- Support centers in reducing patient wait times and improving service efficiency
- Work with facility and technical teams to handle downtime or maintenance schedules
- Track and report operational data such as attendance, utilization, and performance metrics
- Communicate updates, changes, and issues clearly to managers and relevant teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or administrative management (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
