About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The role blends administration with operations, combining day-to-day office management with support for real estate transactions. You will ensure all documentation and processes run efficiently while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational activities
- Support property transactions (sales, leases, closings) to ensure timely completion
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tasks
- Assist with financial tasks including basic expense tracking and payroll support
- Coordinate office logistics such as supplies, repairs, and maintenance
- Support marketing and client service teams with listings and events
- Prepare and share regular reports with management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration and operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus
