Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. This multifaceted role will be instrumental in assisting the company in daily operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative, organizational, and communication skills, along with a passion for supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Identify potential prospects and opportunities for growth.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support sales and marketing activities.
- Support in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain the CRM database by updating customer records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics, such as pipeline activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
