Operations and Outsourcing Lead

Position Overview

The Operations and Outsourcing Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities of cleaning and fumigation services while managing outsourced teams and vendors. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, cost efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction through operational excellence, workforce optimization, safety compliance, and strong vendor performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management – oversee daily operational activities and ensure service quality standards
• Outsourcing & Vendor Management – manage outsourced teams and vendors for optimal performance
• Workforce & Resource Management – optimize workforce allocation and resource planning
• Compliance & Safety – ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Budget & Cost Control – monitor and manage operational budgets and costs
• Client Relationship Management – maintain strong relationships and address client needs
• Reporting & Documentation – prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Environmental Health, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in cleaning, facilities management, pest control, or fumigation services)
• Proven experience managing outsourced staff or subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software
