Operations Advisor III at Scruples Resources

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Scruples Resources as an Operations Advisor III. This role serves as an expert resource at cluster, zone, or global company level, providing specialized expertise in management systems, global processes, procedures, and technical matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate expert operations and maintenance skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels and coordinate improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of operations and maintenance design philosophies, including project-specific specifications
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate consistent coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS)/Global Product Integrity Management System (GPIMS), Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP), Unit Internal Assessment (UIA), and audit preparation
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate consistent coordination of risk assessments and incident investigations
• Provide functional guidance on technical matters and structural improvements/initiatives in operations and/or manufacturing, including coordination of improvement plans
• Coordinate cost management and productivity improvement plans
• Provide technical support and input to training development and delivery
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and share best practices
• Guide resources allocated to execute key initiatives
• Build and maintain effective relationships across functional areas
• Support Operations Management as requested
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of the impact of changes across functional boundaries
