## Title: Operations/Administrative Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations/Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Studio. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business processes, manage administrative functions, and support our creative and technical teams in delivering projects on time and at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, administration, and logistics
  • Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and systems
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across departments
  • Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
  • Supervise support staff and contractors as needed
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with leadership to align operations with company strategy and goals

Requirements

  • 4–6 years proven experience in operations, administration, or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the creative, media, or tech industry is an added advantage
