About the Role
Our client, a reputable and fast-growing Real Estate Company, is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations/Admin Officer to keep daily operations running smoothly, manage administrative functions, and provide vital support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration, documentation, and record management with accuracy
- Support daily operational activities, logistics, and project coordination
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, processes, and standards
- Liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless workflow
- Provide strong administrative support to management and deliver timely reports
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in operations and administration (experience in real estate is required)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management
- Must currently reside in Lakowe or Lagos Island
