Virginrose Resorts is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our hotel organization.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Oversee all activities across each department in the organization
• Identify ways to increase the quality of customer service
• Recognize potential problems and friction points, developing solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Enforce regulatory and safety standards
• Plan inventory and oversee operational efficiency
• Ensure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
• Manage budgets and financial forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum one year of proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate different teams and foster cross-team collaboration and learning opportunities
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria
