Operation Manager at Virginrose Resorts

About the Role

Virginrose Resorts is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Lagos. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving organizational success across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Oversee all activities across each department in the organization
• Identify ways to enhance quality of customer service
• Recognize potential problems and points of friction, developing solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Enforce regulatory and safety standards
• Plan inventory and oversee operational efficiency
• Ensure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum one year of proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate different teams and foster an exchange of ideas and cross-team learning opportunities
• Must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos, Nigeria
