## Title: Operations and Administrative Supervisor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Elevated HR Limited as an Operations and Administrative Supervisor in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operations activities and administrative duties
- Manage and coordinate team and division operations
- Oversee office supplies and manage departmental budgets
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement
- Supervise maintenance, security, office moves, and general upkeep of premises
- Act as a link between administrative staff, management, and other departments for project completion
- Maintain records, reports, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Address daily issues, complaints, and operational challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 to 3 years' post-NYSC experience in a related role
Required Skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration
- General coordination expertise
Compensation
N100,000 – N130,000 monthly
