About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install and provide technical support for access control systems including biometric devices, smart locks, card readers, turnstiles, and CCTV integration
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly
• Install, configure, and test access control hardware and associated systems such as electronic locks, control panels, and sensors
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide usage training where necessary
• Ensure complete testing and commissioning of systems before handover

Required Qualifications

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience working with access control system installation and support
• Familiarity with software configuration tools and database setup
• Understanding of electronic circuits, power supply systems, and signal connectivity
