## Title: On-Premise Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily stock reviews and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Manage all personnel assigned to your account, providing leadership and support
  • Review team performance and provide solutions to address challenges in meeting targets
  • Develop long-term customer relationships by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
  • Utilize available reporting and analysis tools to champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide in-depth training for all new hires
  • Analyze daily results to identify top and bottom performers and their contributing factors
  • Establish clear daily targets and communicate agreed-upon action plans for results improvement
  • Set SMART objectives with appropriate energy levels to deliver the commercial plan
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts
  • Track and monitor sales performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in FMCG
  • Minimum of 5 years managing sales teams
