About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Online Sales Specialist to manage online enquiries, convert leads into customers, and ensure excellent service delivery across all digital platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for online prospects — driving engagement, closing deals, and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to customer enquiries across social media, website, WhatsApp, and email
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Follow up with potential clients, convert leads to paying customers, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide professional online customer support — resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Optimize online sales funnels, monitor conversion rates, and suggest improvements
- Attend to walk-in customers at the office, providing product information and completing sales transactions
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in online or digital sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Good understanding of CRM tools, online sales funnels, and digital communication platforms
- Media or Digital Marketing certification (advantageous)
