Position Overview

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Additional certification in Marketing or Lubes Technology (NLGI, STLE, or OEM Training) is a plus
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Lubricants, Petroleum products, or FMCG Industrial Sales (preferably with a leading lubricants company or multinational)

Relevant Industry Experience

• Demonstrated proven experience in territory management with measurable volumes or margin achievements
• Demonstrated experience in prospecting, converting, and managing distributors and B2B clients
• Familiarity with competitive lubricant brands and market dynamics in the assigned region
• Experience in conducting field activations and customer engagement programs
