About the Role
Fort Knox Group is seeking a qualified Office Assistant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Assist with filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Support staff with administrative and office-related tasks
- Run office errands when required
- Receive and distribute office correspondence and supplies
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and consumables
- Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms and office areas
- Assist with minor office logistics and coordination
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, BSc, or HND qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Neat, organized, and punctual
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
Compensation
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
