About the Role
Mainland Group Limited is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator & HR Officer to join our expanding team at our Iddo, Lagos office. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and payment of office supplies and services
- Prepare and process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Organize company meetings, trainings, and staff events; record and circulate minutes
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory HR regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support management with HR reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
Compensation
N500,000 - N800,000 per month
