Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and driven care givers to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized, patient-centered care tailored to the individual health needs of our esteemed patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bed bathing and assisted bathroom support
• Support patients during meal times and feeding
• Change soiled diapers, Incontinence pads, slide sheets, and bed linen as needed
• Assist patients with toilet use and personal hygiene
• Transfer patients safely using slide sheets and hoists to facilitate mobility and ambulation
• Engage patients in recreational activities based on their interests—games, television programs, music, storytelling, and other activities
• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times
• Create a positive, home-like environment by responding promptly to patient needs
• Help patients develop trust and provide emotional support to patients and their families with empathy
• Communicate effectively and actively listen to patients and colleagues
• Follow infection prevention and control practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment, hand hygiene, and waste segregation
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report safety concerns immediately
• Perform procedures correctly according to standard practice, including bed care, assisted bathing, oral care, patient feeding, 2-hourly position changes, and wound dressing preparation
