Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to serve as a Zonal Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the Foundation's operations within the assigned South East zone, managing relationships with beneficiaries, and ensuring effective implementation of all Foundation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all on-site activities in accordance with the organization's directives
• Ensure monthly home visits to all beneficiaries, including widows, orphans, and children of widows
• Conduct regular visits to schools for beneficiaries on educational scholarships
• Carry out quarterly educational assessments for beneficiaries enrolled in schools
• Oversee beneficiary loan applications, ensuring proper submission to headquarters and establishing functional repayment plans
• Monitor beneficiaries' businesses post-loan or empowerment support
• Monitor and report on the health status of all beneficiaries
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and meetings for beneficiaries
• Coordinate timely collection and submission of school bills for beneficiaries to headquarters
• Ensure effective implementation of all Foundation programs within the zone

Documentation and Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation as required by headquarters
• Update beneficiaries' records monthly
• Submit detailed monthly activity reports to headquarters
• Submit comprehensive monthly program reports
• Prepare and submit quarterly newsletter content
• Develop biannual program budgets for approval by headquarters
• Ensure proper retirement of expenditures with required supporting documentation

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc/BA in Social Sciences, Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years practical NGO work experience
