Networking and Network Systems Installation Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Networking and Network Systems Installation Instructor to teach practical and technical concepts of networking, configuration, and setting up network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on Network Systems, covering LAN setup, PABX intercom systems, and Video Surveillance Systems (CCTV)
• Mentor students through hands-on practicals, guiding cable termination, IP configuration, and network hardware management
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in networking, including the latest advancements in wireless networking, IP camera technologies, and remote viewing setups
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that accommodates students ranging from beginners to aspiring professionals

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in local area network (LAN) architecture, network topologies, and IPv4 addressing
• Proven experience in Network Systems Installation in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Familiarity with PABX/Intercom systems, IP camera configuration, printer sharing, and physical network troubleshooting tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in teaching, technical mentoring, or field-based training
• A passion for technical education and a commitment to producing reliable, in-demand installation technicians
