Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Montessori Education (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Education (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of Montessori teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to use Montessori materials and digital learning tools
