## Title: Modern Trade Executive – FMCG

General Objective

Responsible for driving sales, profitability, and brand visibility within the modern trade channel (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and e-commerce). You will manage key accounts, develop sales strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute modern trade sales strategies
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate JBPs and trading terms
  • Lead and motivate sales teams for effective in-store execution
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments for smooth operations
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and ROI

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales growth and profitability
  • Account performance and engagement
  • Execution quality and reporting accuracy
  • Team performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–5 years of FMCG sales experience, with demonstrated experience in modern trade and key accounts management
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Compensation

N200,000 – N250,000 per month
