Mobile Developer (React Native & Flutter) at Access Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mobile Developer with strong experience in React Native and Flutter to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that provide excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services into mobile apps
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile applications for speed and efficiency
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver features on time
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile app development with both React Native and Flutter
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and other backend integrations
• Familiarity with app store deployment (Google Play & Apple App Store)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Additional Requirements

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter test, etc.)
