Mobile App Developer

Position Overview

Sovereign Finance Limited seeks a skilled Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will support the company's digital products and customer engagement channels, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.

Reports to: Head of Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and refine app features
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in mobile application development
• Proven experience with a portfolio or published apps
• Proficiency in one or more mobile frameworks: Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Java
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
