About the Role

Stardom Foods and Beverages Limited is seeking a qualified Mixologist to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages and deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, shooters, and specialty drinks
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and answer questions about beverages, offering suggestions to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain the bar area in a clean, tidy, and well-organized condition at all times
• Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized regularly
• Stay updated on industry trends, mixology techniques, and new beverage products

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a Mixologist in a reputable establishment
• Relevant qualifications in mixology or hospitality
• Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail recipes
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative drink recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦450,000
