MIS-Warehousing Officer - OnePyramid, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Warehousing Officer to manage and support warehouse information systems and data processes. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and reliable reporting to support effective warehouse and inventory operations. This position is suitable for entry-level candidates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) including platforms such as Oracle to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform daily data integrity checks and audits to validate accurate stock supply records
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory aging, stock movement, and warehouse capacity
• Identify manual data entry processes and implement automation solutions to minimize human error
• Collaborate with the Stock Officer to investigate and resolve system versus physical stock discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation of system processes and reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc or HND in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field
• Entry-level or 1 year of relevant experience in MIS, warehousing systems, or inventory management
• Strong computer proficiency with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS tools such as Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet reporting deadlines
