This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Location: Ogijo Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports on purchasing patterns, vendor performance, and inventory levels to identify cost-saving opportunities.

System Management: Utilizing ERP systems, Excel, Power BI or specialized procurement software to maintain accurate databases for purchasing transactions, invoices, and supplier data.

Forecasting: Analyzing past data to predict future procurement needs and workload, assisting with budget preparation.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics like cost savings, supplier reliability, and cycle times.

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite).

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions and identify trends.
