Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Prepare payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure all financial data complies with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with tax documentation and statutory filings.
- Support the finance team with routine administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
