MEP Project Manager at Mar and Mor Integarted Services

About the Role

Mar and Mor Integrated Services is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead teams and oversee the successful delivery of MEP projects across various business units. In this role, you will ensure efficient resource management, schedule adherence, and project success, while contributing to process improvements that elevate project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate on-site project teams to meet objectives and milestones
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic objectives
• Prepare detailed project plans, estimates, and manage resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide necessary training
• Manage project scope, changes, and act as an internal quality control check
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders
• Ensure timely procurement, project valuation for claims, and project closure with proper documentation
• Represent the company in project and strategy meetings and provide interpretation of plans and contract terms

Required Qualifications

• B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 12+ years of post-NYSC experience in building services engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing MEP projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• COREN registered member
