About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services to women, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
• Collaborate with other members of the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive, client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to mental health services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy services to women, preferably in a trauma-informed setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
• Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the organization
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to social justice, equity, and empowerment for the community of women supported by the organization
