Medical Sales Representative Trainee at Jibam Meditech Limited

About the Role

We are seeking young, proactive, and passionate individuals to join our dynamic and expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of orthopedic implants and surgical solutions within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jibam Meditech's range of orthopedic implants and related surgical products
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management
• Provide product presentations, clinical support, and in-theatre assistance during surgical procedures
• Conduct regular market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
• Submit timely reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
