Position Overview:
- We are seeking motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in pharmaceutical sales.
- The Medical Sales Trainee will undergo structured training while supporting the sales team in promoting company products to healthcare professionals
- Participate in product and sales training programs
- Assist in field visits to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
- Support territory coverage and market development activities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Submit activity and performance reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
- Ready to work in the field and meet performance targets.
