## Title: Medical Sales Representative - Kaduna

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance our competitiveness in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative strategies to increase sales within your assigned territory
  • Research and identify new clients for company products
  • Maintain solid working relationships with clients by ensuring their needs and complaints are resolved promptly
  • Ensure brand awareness in your assigned territory aligns with organizational expectations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management
  • Deliver company products to clients within your assigned territory
  • Present and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Participate in industry and promotional events to meet new clients and sell company products
  • Monitor competitor activities within your assigned territory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a medical-related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound negotiation and sales skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Kaduna and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the state
  • Must be able to drive a car
