About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective product detailing to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote our products and achieve strong visibility in the region
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Store, sort, and manage financial and non-financial data electronically and prepare reports
• Effectively sell and promote our prescription drugs
• Identify prospective business opportunities for the company
• Implement various strategies to increase awareness of our products
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Follow up on leads generated by the company
• Prepare presentations for potential customers
• Manage receivables and work towards timely collections of payments, ensuring deposits are made to designated banks
• Expand the customer base and serve distributors, major institutions, and other key accounts

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.Sc. Degree or HND qualification
• Proven work experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organisational and time management skills
