About the Role

Advantage Health Africa Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will utilize their pharmacy background to promote and educate healthcare professionals on our products, build strong professional relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate sales efforts within assigned sales territory
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
• Open new business and distributorship channels for the organization
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical sales representative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
