This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance our competitiveness in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new clients for company products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Promptly resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure brand visibility and awareness meet organizational standards within your territory.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Deliver products to clients within your assigned territory when required.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a medical or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, especially in the Medical / Pharmaceutical Sector.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Sound negotiation and sales skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the FCT.
  • Should be able to drive a car.
