We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Requirements:
  • Must possess a BSc or an HND in Health Records and Information Management
  • Must have a valid Professional Registration and Practicing License from the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria
  • Must have completed his/her National Youth Services Corps program;
  • Must accurately register, manage and maintain patients information inboth electronic and physical format
  • Must ensures compliance with the NHMIS daily general attendance
  • Must maintain confidentiality of patienthealth information
  • Must ensure regular update of patients information
  • Must ensure easy access and retrieval of patient dataas required
  • Must support the hospital data and reporting needsby ensuring timely and monthly submission of medical records report to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Must work closely with other departments to delivery exceptional services to the customer
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Must be teachable and courteous,
  • Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
