About the Role

An established healthcare company is seeking a qualified Medical Officer / General Practitioner to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute clinical expertise while maintaining high standards of patient care and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical expertise to patient care and treatment planning

• Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate appropriate treatment plans
• Keep informed on advancements in the field and contribute to medical research programs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Maintain consistent and accurate medical records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery
• 2–4 years of clinical experience
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Current practicing license

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of health administration
• Clinical risk management experience
• Knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Advanced ability to ensure high standards in patient care and healthcare regulation compliance

Location and Schedule Requirements

• Must reside in the Stadium Road, Ososami Area, or Apata vicinity in Ibadan
• Willing to work both morning and night shifts
• Able to cover 24–48 hour shifts as required

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000
