About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Medical Officer to join our growing clinical team at our Ibadan facility. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and demonstrate strong leadership in supervising nursing and support staff to maintain excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients
• Perform surgeries as required
• Liaise with physicians and play a pivotal role in patient care teams
• Supervise nursing and support staff to maintain service excellence
• Train junior medical staff
• Ensure adherence to medical protocols and guidelines
• Work effectively in multidisciplinary team settings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC clinical experience (experience in a private hospital is an added advantage)
• Experience and proficiency in surgery
• Capability in training junior staff
• No disciplinary record with any professional or regulatory body
