About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Officer to provide high-quality clinical care to patients in line with medical best practices and hospital policies. The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient monitoring while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and medical management to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conduct patient diagnosis and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations and provide acute care management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to hospital policies and medical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution
• Full registration and current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC clinical experience in a reputable healthcare facility

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
