Medical Laboratory Scientist at E-Clinic & Diagnostic

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential laboratory work that directly impacts patient care and diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) for laboratory testing
• Perform routine and complex tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking
• Ensure the validity, accuracy, and reliability of test results through proper procedures and quality control
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and perform internal and external quality control procedures to maintain compliance with laboratory standards
• Prepare reports on laboratory operations, workload, and inventory when required
• Collaborate with other healthcare teams to provide input for patient diagnosis and care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field
• Valid license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in laboratory management systems and computer literacy
